Placida de la Cruz de Roxas was born on 10 Oct 1812 to Juan de Roxas and Victoriana de la Cruz. She was baptized in Catholic rites at the San Pascual Baylon Parish in Obando, Bulacan on 15 Oct 1812 with Cesaria de Avila as godmother. She married Roman Candelaria de San Diego in Catholic rites on 08 Jun 1833 in San Pascual Baylon Parish in Obando, Bulacan. They had at least three children: Gregoria, Rafael and Teodoro.
